Strategic and results-driven, Lauran has more than 15 years experience leading high-performing teams driving brand awareness. Lauran manages our integrated digital and traditional marketing campaigns for our direct business and with our channel partners.

Nicholas Allen
An accomplished Managing Director with experience of leading high-performing teams and driving business growth across various industries. Proven track record in developing and implementing strategic plans, optimizing operations, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Commercial Director
Tracy Allen
Tracy has many years of working with the public and is responsible for managing our guest experience at EVLA Stay, onboarding of new customers and all housekeeping activities.
Founded in 2026 by Nicholas, EVLA Stay and our small team combine a passion for property and customer excellence with local knowledge and expertise backed by a personal approach that differentiates us from our competitors. We are an independent family business that takes extreme pride in managing our property giving it the attention it deserves to impress our guests.
Nicholas heads up the business managing general operations, property maintenance, invoicing and accounts. Tracy looks after support, including property changeovers, managing the cleaning team and looking after the practical details that go towards ensuring our property is always presented as our guests would expect. Lauran, heads up all sales and marketing functions, working with channel partners, driving growth and awareness through social media channels.
