Founded in 2026 by Nicholas Allen, EVLA Stay is an independent, family-run business built on a simple idea: combine a genuine passion for property and customer excellence with deep local knowledge and a personal touch you won't find with larger competitors. TREALLEN ROCK, our flagship coastal retreat in Rock, Cornwall, brings that idea to life — a property we take real pride in, giving it the attention it deserves so every guest leaves impressed.

Strategic and results-driven, Lauran has more than 15 years' experience leading high-performing teams and driving brand awareness. She brought that expertise to the launch of EVLA Stay, shaping the brand from the ground up, and played a key role in bringing TREALLEN ROCK, the company's flagship Cornwall retreat, to life

Founder and Director, EVLA Stay Ltd
An accomplished CEO with global experience of leading high-performance teams and driving business growth across sales and after-sales business functions in manufacturing industries, Nicholas currently serves as European Service and Sales Director at a leading thermal management, building systems and energy efficiency company, a role he has held since 2019. Drawing on that experience, Nicholas founded EVLA Stay to bring the same standard of excellence to luxury hospitality, and personally led the creation of TREALLEN ROCK, the brand's flagship coastal retreat in Rock, Cornwall.

Tracy Allen
Tracy has many years of experience working with the public and is responsible for managing our guest experience at EVLA Stay, including guest onboarding and all housekeeping activities. She was closely involved in bringing EVLA Stay to life from the outset, and helped shape the guest experience at TREALLEN ROCK, the company's flagship Cornwall retreat.
