A welcome hamper upon arrival, including basic items like bread, milk, breakfast items, cake, tea and coffee. Wi-Fi. Bed linen and towels. Dishwasher tablets. Hand wash. Tea towells. Please note that toiletries and laundry detergent are excluded.

External CCTV cameras are in place to ensure our property is safe and secure. Our CCTV covers the main point of access which is the front driveway and the main entrance and exit. There are no internal cameras at the property. There is no CCTV in the outside social spaces during a guest stay. Please get in touch with us if you require any further clarity.

The rental price includes the cost of used electricity, water and gas. There is an additional cost associated with the EV charger.
