EVLA Stay - Treallen Rock House Rules & Agreement

Why do we need House Rules?

As our guest/s it is important that you fully understand the house rules, what is and is not allowed and how we expect those rules to be followed. By implementing our house rules everyone is on the same page and we are sure you will have more fun and we can feel at ease. Implementing our house rules sets the stage for a smooth rental experience for both parties. ​This agreement which explicitly states what is or isn’t allowed is legally binding, active and enforceable by EVLA Stay Ltd.

No Parties or Events

 Parties, gatherings and functions of any kind are strictly prohibited at this property.

No Pets

Pets of any kind are banned from this property. There are no exceptions.

Smoking and Vaping

Smoking and vaping is prohibited. No smoking or vaping is allowed inside the property or in the grounds of the property. There are no exceptions.

Unregistered Guests/Visitors

Extra guest/s or visitor/s at any time are prohibited. The only people that are permitted to be at the property are those that have been pre-registered with our channel partner or via EVLA Stay Ltd. Under no circumstances will visitors be allowed to stay the night.

Check In and Check Out Time

The check in time is from 4PM on day of arrival. The checkout time on day of departure is 09:00AM. This ensures our house keeping and maintenance team's have the time to prepare the property for our next guests and to carry out an inspection of the property. Late checkout can be accommodated for an additional fee of £75, to be agreed with the host up to 24 hours prior to departure date.

Amenities

Amenities are supplied for in-house guest use only. List prices for taken or missing items are defined below.

Any charges made will be to the primary guest who made the booking with either EVLA Stay or a channel partner. 

 

A. Hand soap and hand moisturiser £25.00 each.

B. Shower gel £25.00 each.

C. Guest towels £30.00 each.

 

Remove Your Shoes

Outdoor shoes are to be removed before entering our property. This helps us to reduce the amount of cleaning and damge that maybe inflcited to flooring etc.

Rubbish and Recycling

Our refuse management company have set strict rules regarding rubbish and recycling collections from our property. Please dispose of your rubbish and recycling in the marked wheelie bins provided. Please note that sanitary ware and nappies must not be deposited in these bins and it is the responsibility of the guest/s to find appropriate and alternative arrangements to dispose of correctly. Glass and bottles should be deposited in the open top black box

All rubbish must be disposed of in the designated bins and should never be left around the property.

Noise and Noise Curfew

Please be minful of our neighbours at all times. Music or any other type of broadcating is not allowed outside at any time. A noise curfew comes into effect between 10PM and 7AM each day. Loud noise is prohibited at all times. Guests must keep noise to a minimum so as not to disturb the occupants of neighboring properties—especially during curfew hours and upon arrival and departure.

Parking

Guest parking is provided for up to two standard size vehicles only. One RV only is allowed to park on site. The restricted parking area is directly in front of the garage door on the property driveway. The first guest vehicle must be parked close up to the garage door and the second vehicle close up to the first vehicle. Please be mindful of our neighbours vehicular access into their driveways.

Illegal Activities

Illegal activities are explicitly prohibited at all times both inside the property and in its grounds. Any illegal activities will be reported to the Police.

Keys

Arrival Day - Property keys are located in a key lock box located to the right hand side of the front door. The key code will be issued to guests 24 hours prior to check in.

Departure Day - Property keys should be deposited in the same key lock box (see above). Ensure lock box is closed and locked by randomly turning the tumblers.

Please contact your host immediately regarding lost or broken keys. Key replacements can be organised but we do not guarantee a time associated with this process. A key replacement fee will be adminstered at £195 per key. Keys are to remain in the possession of the primary guest at all times during the stay. The key/s should never be replicated or left out of the care of the primary guest.

No Food or Drinks in Bedrooms

Food and drink is prohibited in the bedrooms. An invoice will be issued to the lead guest for any bedding, bedroom furniture or flooring that is stained, marked or damaged. Where necessary, the guest damage deposit will be used to recover all costs. Eating and drinking should be limited to the kitchen and dining areas.

Wash any Dishes, Utensils and Crockery You Have Used

All dishes, utensils and crockery used is to be washed and dried. Limited cleaning materials are supplied by the host but it is the responsibility of the guest/s to supply what is needed to comply. Hand-wash any dishes you use with soap, sponge and drying rack provided or use the dishwasher which is provided for guest use and convenience. Upon departure, the dishwasher can be loaded and left on a wash cycle.

Used Towels Upon Departure

Please leave all used towels in the bath or shower tray.

Maintaining the Property

Please be respectful of our property at all times. Examples include:

  • Clean up after yourselves;

  • Take out the rubbish and recycling.

It’s the guests’ responsibility to notify the host immediately in the event that anything breaks or isn’t functioning properly. We will do our best to address it during your stay.

Rules Against Rearranging the Furniture

The furniture is not to be moved from the setup as a guest/s find it. Any damage incurred, will be the responsibility of the lead guest/s at all times. Outdoors, there are patio chairs and tables that guests can rearrange as they please.

Safety Regulations

For the well-being of our guests and to protect our property, please observe the following terms and conditions:. These may include local regulations, such as a ban on bonfires, or simply rules to prevent incidents.

  • No bonfires.

  • No fireworks.

  • No smoking or vaping.

  • No candles.

  • Ensure the stove is turned off when not in use for cooking.

  • Barbecue use. Please ensure barbecue is extinguished after cooking.

  • All locks and windows are to be locked and closed whenever leaving the property.

  • Use rugs in bathrooms to prevent slips and falls.

Off Limit Areas

Guests are prohibited from entering and using the outdoor shed and upstairs attic. Guests are prohibited from accessing any storage that is marked "Private". Under no circumstances will guests be allowed to enter these areas.

Appliances and Electronics

TV usage is allowed for guests during the entire duration of their stay. The streaming services included are Netflix and Prime Video.

Guests who Break Our House Rules

In some cases and as determined by the host, guests may be asked to leave the property and if so then the reservation will be officially terminated. Guest/s will be given a clear instruction on when they are to vacate the property. The host will be at the property when guests are removed.
