External CCTV cameras with monitoring and recording are in place to ensure our property is safe and secure. CCTV covers the main points of access at the front (driveway and front door) )and rear (doors and windows) of the property.. There are no internal cameras at the property. There is no CCTV in the outside social spaces during a guest stay. Please get in touch with us if you require any further clarity.

The rental price includes the cost of used electricity, water and gas. There is an additional cost associated with the EV charger.
