Set within its own grounds on a private drive, TREALLEN ROCK is a short walk — or three-minute drive — from Rock beach. Inside, full-length windows and warm, natural tones fill the house with light and space, while the open-plan kitchen and dining area lead onto a west-facing patio and garden looking out over Cornish countryside to the horizon. This is a home built for relaxing with family and friends, and for evenings that end with a sunset worth stopping for.

All three bedrooms sit on the first floor, each with countryside views and fresh Atlantic air. The master bedroom features a super-king bed with en-suite bathroom; the second bedroom has a king-size bed; the third is a flexible zip-and-link room, made up as either a super-king or twin beds. LIVING SPACE
TREALLEN ROCK has been designed and furnished to a high standard throughout. The contemporary, newly fitted kitchen opens onto the dining area and garden, with patio doors that let the sea breeze flow straight through in summer. When you're not at the beach, unwind in the games room with board games and a smart TV and soundbar — or, in July and August, in the hot tub, included at no extra cost.
PARKING INCLUDED
Two vehicles can park directly at the front of the property, with additional parking available if needed. EV charging points are nearby, and mobile reception at the property is reliable throughout.
Rock has everything close by — Fee's Deli, a bakery, fish and chip takeaway, and well-regarded pubs including The Pityme Inn and The Mariners, both within walking distance. For something special, book The Dining Room, or stop by Bluntrock Brewery for locally made beer just down the road. Golfers can play St Enodoc, one of the South West's finest links courses, while the Camel Estuary and coastal paths are ideal for watersports and walking.
